My Easy Movie SAS and EasyMovie Inc. (« EasyMovie ») use certain sub-processors for providing services to EasyMovie’s customers, acting as data controllers under data protection law.

EasyMovie uses commercial reasonable efforts to implement a selection and evaluation process of the security, confidentiality and privacy practices of sub-processors.
The table below identifies all of EasyMovies’s sub-processors involved in the provision of its services.
This table is updated every time a sub-processor is added, modified or retired in the context of the processing of personal data during the provision of EasyMovie’s services. Any new sub-processor contemplated by EasyMovie, whether it be an addition or a modification of a sub-processor, shall appear in this table at least ten (10) days before the sub-processing shall effectively take place.
